Bigfoot Hike along the Joseph McDowell Historical Catawba Greenway Hosted by McDowell Trails Association
When: Friday, September 17 – 9 a.m. Pre-registration is required.
Explore one of the trails that Bigfoot likes to frequent in McDowell County. This hike is a 3 mile out and back paved easy walk along McDowell County’s beautiful Catawba River which is a designated NC Birding Trail location.
Cost: Donations recommended, all donations go directly to maintenance of trails in McDowell County. To make your donation online, click here. Donations can also be made the day of the hike.
Directions and Parking: Take Sam Phillips Drive in Marion, NC, to the gravel parking area where the hike will begin.
This hike is expected to last 2 hours and limited to 20 participants.
